Quote/ Recipe of the Week



Radish & Chive Salad
1/2 c. finely shredded radishes
1/4 c. freshly chopped chives
3/4 tsp. sesame oil
a sprinkle of sea salt if you wish?

for a variation, you could also add:
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped red bell pepper

Try this as a lite lunch or a side dish with fish!
